I joined a group of cosplayers at Supanova to portray the Disney Princesses. I adore Aurora, and I think I suited her well - she has a more refined look than the 'cute' princesses like Ariel and Snow White. The costume was hard work, but I think it came out really well!
I had so much fun twirling about, and it was amazing to see the look of awe on the faces of any little girls about. Screw my Science degree, I wanna do princess parties!
This guy was my favourite cosplayer - he was perfectly in character all day. I felt like I was next to the real thing *swoons* We had a chance to take the most awesome and fun picture together, which appeared in the newspaper - see this post!
We had to chase him around the car park - not an easy feat in heels and big dresses!
More recently, I threw together two quick costumes for my work's Toy Sale. The first one is Frankie Stein from the Monster High doll and tv series by Bratz. I loved wearing the neck bolts!
This is the doll herself, so you know what I mean!
My last costume was also for the Toy Sale - it took a $1 dress, a heaping of youtube knowledge, and a trip to the jewellery store. It's Holly Golightly, darlings!
This costume was so much fun, and surprisingly easy to make! If only I could say the same about the two costumes I'm working on now - well, back to the sewing machine :( I hope to post more regularly soon, but rest assured I've been reading all of your blogs daily! Much love! Bye for now~

LOVE all your costumes! I love cosplay and it's so much fun to see what everyone makes! I absolutely adore the picture of all of you running behind Jack Sparrow!!! priceless! And I loved your Holly Golightly outfit!
Great costumes! You did a fantastic job on all of them. I love getting dressed up in a costume for a certain party or something but I don't think I'm dedicated enough to get into cosplay!

Super costumes. I adore costumes, mind you, some of my clothes verge on them anyway. More fun for me LOL!

The pic of the princesses chasing Jack is classic!!! love it
Great job!
amazing. all of them!
I have to be honest, when I saw the first costume, I thought you were Princess Peach, and I would've been alright with that. Your costumes are great. I love a good costume, especially something homemade. Good show.
